Technical Trainer
Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Technical Trainer role based in Metro Manila. The Technical Trainer will conduct training sessions, develop course materials, and assess learners' progress. The role involves delivering technical training sessions, facilitating hands-on activities, providing technical insights, and supporting trainees in effectively applying their skills in real-world scenarios. The Technical Trainer will also collaborate with teams to improve training methodologies and stay up to date on the latest technological advancements.
Qualifications

5 to 10+ years of experience in delivering Technical Training.

Preferably Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or MCT Alumni or relevant certifications in training or technical expertise.

Proven expertise in any of the following technologies:

Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, DevOps, and/or Python.

Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Cybersecurity, ITIL and/or CompTIA.

Microsoft Teams and/or Power Platform.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Customer Service, and/or Marketing.

Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Proficiency in designing and delivering training courses aligned with industry standards.

Ability to adapt training methodologies to suit diverse learning styles.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Passion for technology and the ability to stay updated with emerging trends.
