About the Course

This 7-hour Microsoft Outlook Associate course is designed for learners who want to build practical, job-ready Outlook skills aligned with Exam MO-400: Microsoft Outlook (Office 2019). The course covers the principal features of Outlook used in everyday business communication, including managing Outlook settings and processes, managing messages, organizing schedules, working with contacts, and tracking tasks. Course Outline


Module 1: Manage Outlook Settings and Processes – 1 hour 15 minutes


  • Customize Outlook views for messages, calendar items, contacts, and tasks.

  • Configure mail settings, default fonts, reply options, signatures, and automatic replies.

  • Perform searches using search folders, basic search, and advanced find.

  • Print Outlook information and save messages or attachments in alternative formats.


Module 2: Manage Messages – 1 hour 45 minutes


  • Create, format, address, send, resend, recall, and respond to email messages.

  • Insert and manage attachments, hyperlinks, signatures, images, tables, and message content.

  • Organize messages using folders, categories, flags, rules, junk email options, and conversation management tools.

    Manage message options including importance, sensitivity, delivery, read receipts, voting buttons, and follow-up settings.


Module 3: Manage Schedules – 1 hour 45 minutes


  • Create, modify, cancel, and organize appointments, meetings, and events.
