Can we integrate certifications without redesigning our entire curriculum? Yes. Our needs assessment is designed to find natural alignment between existing subjects and certification requirements. In most cases, certifications can be layered onto current courses with minimal changes to syllabi. We handle the exam administration and preparation pathway. Your faculty keeps teaching what they teach.
What year are these programs suited for? All levels. Microsoft Office Specialist is ideal for senior high school or first-year college. IT Specialist (Certiport), Microsoft Fundamentals, and Adobe Certified Professional suit second and third-year students. Salesforce Agentblazer are well matched to third and fourth-year or graduate students. We tailor the track to your cohort.
Are these certifications recognized in the Philippines and internationally? Yes. All certifications offered through Invictus are issued directly by the certification vendors — Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL/AXELOS, and Adobe — and are globally recognised. These are the same credentials held by IT professionals in Singapore, the US, the UK, and Australia. They carry the same weight whether you're applying to local BPO firms, tech companies in Manila, or international roles.
What does the Salesforce Agentblazer program involve? The Agentblazer program is a three-level pathway (Champion, Innovator, Legend) delivered through Salesforce Trailhead. Students learn to explain, build, and deploy AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce. The Champion level is foundational; Legend level leads to the Agentforce Specialist Certification. Invictus supports integration of this track into relevant business, IT, or CS subjects.
How are exams administered? Do students need to travel? No travel required. Exams can be conducted at your school campus with Invictus providing the setup and proctoring logistics, or students can sit exams remotely. We are an authorized testing center in Manila and work with both on-site and remote delivery depending on your institution's needs.
What support does Invictus provide to faculty? We provide faculty orientation sessions, curriculum mapping support, exam administration training, and an ongoing point-of-contact from our academic partnership team. Faculty don't need to become certified instructors. Invictus handles the technical exam delivery and guidance on preparation resources.
