Answers for School Administrators
What is Microsoft 365 Education and who is it for? Microsoft 365 Education is a subscription-based productivity and collaboration suite from Microsoft designed specifically for academic institutions. It includes Teams, Exchange email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the full Office apps. It's licensed per user and made available to students, faculty, and staff at eligible schools and universities.
Does my school need to be accredited to get Microsoft 365 Education? Yes. Microsoft requires that institutions be recognized academic organizations. In the Philippines, this means schools accredited by DepEd, colleges and universities recognized by CHED, or TVET institutions registered with TESDA. We assist with verifying eligibility as part of the process.
We're already on Google Workspace. Can you help us migrate? Yes. Migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 is one of the most common transitions we support. We coordinate the migration of email, calendar, contacts, and cloud files to ensure continuity for your institution's users throughout the transition.
Is Invictus Training Solutions an authorized Microsoft Partner? Yes, we are a Microsoft Cloud Solutions partner, but focused exclusively on academic institutions under our Invictus Academy division. We offer license sales, migration services, and indirect support for Philippine schools and universities.
What ongoing support do you offer after the license is activated? We provide indirect support services — meaning we act as your liaison and first point of escalation to coordinate with Microsoft's support channels on your behalf. For day-to-day IT management, your internal team handles the tenant, but we're available to assist with escalations and renewal queries.
