Module 1: Managing Worksheets and Workbooks


Importing and Navigating Data

  • Import data from .txt and .csv files.

  • Search for data and navigate to named cells, ranges, or workbook elements.


Formatting and Customizing Views

  • Modify page setup, row height, column width, headers, and footers.

  • Customize Quick Access toolbar, display content in different views, and freeze rows and columns.


Module 2: Managing Data Cells and Ranges


Manipulating and Formatting Data

  • Paste data using special paste options, fill cells, insert/delete multiple columns, rows, and cells.

  • Merge/unmerge cells, modify alignment, orientation, indentation, and apply number formats and styles.


Defining and Summarizing Data

  • Define named ranges and tables.

  • Insert Sparklines, and apply/remove conditional formatting.


Module 3: Managing Tables and Table Data


Creating and Modifying Tables

  • Create Excel tables from cell ranges and apply table styles.

  • Add/remove table rows and columns, configure total rows.


Filtering and Sorting Data

  • Sort data by multiple columns.

  • Format text using RIGHT(), LEFT(), MID(), UPPER(), LOWER(), LEN(), CONCAT(), and TEXTJOIN() functions.


Module 5: Managing Charts


Creating and Modifying Charts

  • Create charts and chart sheets.

  • Add data series, switch between rows and columns, and add/modify chart elements


Formatting Charts

  • Apply chart layouts and styles.

  • Add alternative text for accessibility.
