Duration

About the Course

Microsoft 365 Copilot is rapidly transforming the way organizations work by embedding AI directly into the tools employees already use every day—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. However, many users only scratch the surface of what Copilot can truly do.

This training is designed to bridge that gap by helping participants move beyond basic usage and into practical, productivity-driven application of Copilot across real business scenarios. Through hands-on exercises and guided learning, participants will learn how to effectively prompt Copilot, generate high-quality outputs, analyze data, streamline communication, and improve collaboration.

In addition, the course introduces the foundations of building simple knowledge-based Copilot agents within Microsoft 365, helping organizations take their first step toward AI-powered internal assistants without requiring additional licenses or complex development.

By the end of the program, learners will not only understand Copilot’s capabilities but will also be able to apply it strategically to improve efficiency, decision-making, and overall workplace productivity.
